College hosts career fair

Manhattanville College held a Sports Business Career Fair Nov. 16 for area college students interested in pursuing a career in the $200 billion sports business industry. Some 25 hiring managers were on hand, including representatives of the New York Mets. Guest speakers included Brandon Steiner of Steiner Sports and Peter Ruocco, senior vice president of labor relations at the NFL Management Council. The event was developed by the Manhattanville sports business management degree program.
