MSS Security lands two New Haven contracts

MSS Security Consultants & Engineers of Peekskill has been retained to provide security designs to Yale-New Haven Hospital’s Park Street facility which is under construction.

In addition, the company has signed a contract with the Intercontinental Development Company for its Lot-E project, also in New Haven.

The Park Street facility at Yale-New Haven Hospital will house private-practice offices for the hospital in approximately 500,000 square feet for which MSS will design a security system. The company is under contract with Yale-New Haven to address the security needs of the North Pavilion, a new 17-story cancer treatment facility. In addition they are evaluating and updating the security of the existing campus that spans about 10 square city blocks.

The Lot-E development is a 4-story parking structure covering one-square city block, providing more than 800 parking spaces. MSS will provide security designs for the new structure at North Frontage Road in New Haven. Lot-E is owned by the Intercontinental Real Estate Development Corp., based in Boston.
