Financial Solutions merges with Long Island company

Financial Solutions Inc. of White Plains and Manhattan has merged with Business Resource Center Inc., a Huntington company doing business as Freelance Financial Inc., to provide accounting and financial executive outsourcing services in the region.

A spokesman said the companies will retain their separate identities and offices. Combined company operations and accounting and consulting services will be led by Freelance Financial’s Long Island office. Financial analysis products will be developed and marketed by Financial Solutions at its White Plains and Manhattan offices.

In early December, Financial Solutions plans to launch its new CEO Dashboard and Reporting Tool, which provides in-depth financial reporting and benchmarking analysis.

Financial Solutions President Christopher Jones said the newly developed tool “is revolutionary because it will include a scoring system that helps entrepreneurs gauge how their company performs within their industry and geographic location. Unlike other tools, we can benchmark our clients against other private companies within the same region, and in real time.”
