The Tax Foundation, a Washington, D.C-based nonprofit tax research organization, released a report this month on property tax burdens for each U.S. county with a population above 65,000. The report was based on 2006 figures from the U.S. census bureau's recently released American Community Survey.

The Reckson division of SL Green Realty Corp. plans to spend about $5 million this year to reposition its recent purchase in downtown White Plains as a class A “boutique” office building.

Medical center bought

The Mount Kisco Medical Center, a two-building, 38,800-square-foot complex that adjoins Northern Westchester Hospital, has been purchased by RREEF, an alternative investment management company that manages $89 billion in assets worldwide, on behalf of an unnamed institutional client.

 

 

 

Greenwich Hospital of Connecticut recently celebrated the opening of its new satellite administrative office across state lines at 900 King St. in Rye Brook.
