Delphi Commercial Properties Inc., Tarrytown, announced the following transactions.

ADL Data Systems signed a lease for 9,500 square feet of space at 9 Skyline Drive, Hawthorne. Prudential Rand Realty represented the landlord.

Reliable Ecommerce Inc. signed a sublease for 7,720 square feet of space at 500 Mamaroneck Ave., Harrison, from HCL Jones. Austin Corporate Properties represented HCL Jones.

Mindset Media leased 2,880 square feet of space at 828 South Broadway, Tarrytown.

Orkin Pest Control signed a lease for 2,500 square feet of space at 2 Westchester Plaza, Elmsford.

Concepts for Independence leased 2,263 square feet of space at 1 Water St., White Plains.

Buttoned Up leased 2,000 square feet of space at 828 South Broadway, Tarrytown.

Vadim Fitness Studio Ltd. signed a lease for 1,670 square feet of space at 495 Central Ave., Scarsdale.

Ion Document Solutions leased 1,241 square feet of space at 5 Waller Ave., White Plains. Harbour Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
