Choyce Peterson Inc., White Plains and Stamford, Conn., announced the following transactions.

Bloom & Streit L.L.P., an accounting firm, expanded its space at 2900 Westchester Ave., Purchase, to 5,100 square feet.

Martin Rosner Eleftherion Inc., an insurance agency, leased 3,800 square feet of space at 2975 Westchester Ave., Purchase, in a relocation within the building.
