Mary S. Paden of Fishkill was appointed vice president in the Hawthorne office of The Community Preservation Corp., a not-for-profit mortgage lender that finances residential multifamily developments. Since 1999, Paden was as vice president, community development lender for the Hudson Valley district at KeyBank. Prior to that, she was to vice president, Community Reinvestment Act and community development officer at the Bank of Hudson (currently TD Bank North). Paden holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from Pace University. She is also a graduate of the National Community Development Lending School at the University of California at Berkeley.

Anne Bradner of Harrison was appointed executive director of The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College, Purchase. Since 2001, Bradner was deputy director of the Neuberger Museum of Art, Purchase. Earlier, she was executive director of the Rye Arts Center, Rye. Bradner holds a bachelor’s degree in theater from Smith College.

Sandra Bernstein of White Plains was appointed director of development for Westchester and the Hudson Valley regions at Lighthouse International, a nonprofit organization that provides health-care services to help people overcome the challenges of vision loss, based in White Plains. Most recently, Bernstein was director of development at Family Service Society, Yonkers. Prior to that, she was associate director of development at the Hospital for Joint Diseases, New York City. Before that, she was senior manager, corporate relations at the American Liver Foundation, New York City. Bernstein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Queens College and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College.

Nancy Campagna of Bronxville was appointed sales director at Classic residence by Hyatt, Yonkers, a rental senior living community. Most recently, Campagna was director of the New York City office of Bayada Nurses. From 2003 to 2006, she worked at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, New York City, culminating as director of its senior center. Campagna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University and a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University.

Kevin Dranoff of Montebello was appointed head chef at Morton’s The Steakhouse in White Plains. Dranoff has nearly 30 years of experience as a chef. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.

Carol A. Delaney of Scarborough was elected to the board of directors of The Wartburg Adult Care Community, Mount Vernon, a nonprofit Lutheran ministry that offers residential options and health-related services for older adults. Delaney has worked as an independent consultant and coach since she retired as a managing director and global human resources executive at JP Morgan Private Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Pace University.
