Rosanne Rizzo of Hopewell Junction was promoted to chief operating officer at The Rollins Agency Inc., Tuckahoe, an insurance agency. Since 1999, Rizzo was vice president of operations. Prior to that, she was commercial lines manager. She joined the agency in 1990 as a commercial lines customer service representative.

Robert M. Schrader of Tarrytown was appointed administrative vice president and group manager for the middle-market banking area in the Tarrytown office of M&T Bank. Schrader has more than 30 years experience in the banking industry, He holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a master’s degree in banking from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Tonja Inlaw of Cortlandt Manor was appointed director of corporate relations for the Westchester region at the American Cancer Society, based in White Plains. Most recently, Inlaw was director of admissions at CareerBlazers Learning Center, Manhattan. Prior to that, she was manager for commercial and residential sales in the Yonkers office of Cablevision. Inlaw holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and management from Long Island University.

Carrie O’Connell of Sherman, Conn., was promoted to assistant director of employment services at Ability Beyond Disability, Bethel, Conn., and Mount Kisco, a nonprofit organization that provides services to people with disabilities. Since 2005, O’Connell was a service manager. Prior to that, she was an employment specialist. She joined the organization in 1998 as a life skills instructor. O’Connell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from Western Connecticut State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University.

Aaron Sanders of Berlin, N.J., was appointed affirmative action officer at Purchase College, Purchase. Most recently, Sanders was manager of affirmative action/equal employment opportunity at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from North Carolina State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Nebraska.

David R. Selznick of Somers, managing partner at both Selznick & Associates L.L.C., Armonk, a law firm, and Selznick & Company L.L.P., Armonk, an accounting firm, was elected to the board of directors of Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, White Plains, a nonprofit organization that provides free civil legal services to low-income individuals. Selznick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Syracuse University and both a Master of Business Administration degree in taxation and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Pace University.
