Stark plans not-so-stark offices in Harrison
Among the amenities: a waterfall, conference center and a gym

Stark Business Solutions (SBS), an office-suite company with offices in White Plains and Mount Kisco, plans to expand into the southeastern Westchester County market with the fall opening of an 11,575-square-foot center in Harrison.

The site at 500 Mamaroneck Ave., owned by W&M Properties in Stamford, Conn., is near the Harrison office of a fast-growing competitor, Synergy Workplaces, at 600 Mamaroneck Ave. The SBS site is expected to be ready for tenants by September.

SBS also rents turnkey office space to professionals and small businesses on a full- and part-time basis at a 17,000-square-foot site at 445 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains and at a 15,000-square-foot center at 100 South Bedford Road in Mount Kisco.

“Our clients want to engage in a more flexible, unique lifestyle,” said Adam J. Stark, president of Stark Business Solutions. “This convenient location will enable even more business people and professionals to work closer to home and family.”

Stark said the Harrison location “truly rounds out the sites available to our clients and enables us to serve the entire county. We have seen the success of our business model in White Plains and in Mount Kisco and look forward to providing similar office solutions in Harrison.”

Amenities at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, named Office Building of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association, include an attended private gym, a cafe, a conference center and an outdoor waterfall and reflecting pool in a landscaped setting. W&M Properties is conducting extensive reconstruction in a premium build-out to accommodate Stark.

SBS offers tenants flexible office configurations ranging from workstations to executive offices; ability to use any SBS location for meetings; conference facilities and meeting support services; access to worldwide locations through a brand-affiliate network; administrative support available on demand; private phone number with call screening; advanced information technology systems and integrated support; advanced telecommunications and invitations to special networking events. Conference rooms in all three facilities can accommodate group meetings of 50 to 75 people. SBS clients may utilize the conference space at any of the three locations.

The SBS suites in White Plains and Mount Kisco were established in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Eric Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates represented Stark Business Solutions in all three transactions.
