New luster and fresh contracts for Platinum Mile

RexCorp Realty L.L.C. in the last two months has completed 19 leasing transactions for nearly 77,000 square feet of office space at the company’s Platinum Mile properties and Tarrytown Corporate Center, RexCorp officials in White Plains said.

The private realty firm recently completed a capital-improvements and repositioning program at its 14-building, 1.6 million-square-foot Platinum Mile portfolio, which straddles White Plains and Harrison along Interstate 287. In the last two months, 58,500 square feet of space have been leased there, RexCorp officials said.

The following tenants recently signed leases for new, renewed or expanded space at the Platinum Mile:

• Uniglobe Kisco Inc., specialist in plastics and electronic products, new lease at 707 Westchester Ave.

• U.S. subsidiary of Japanese FUWA Metals, new lease at 707 Westchester Ave.

• National Health Promotion Associates Inc., new lease at 711 Westchester Ave.

• Alpine Woods L.P., an investment management firm, renewed lease and office expansion at 2500 Westchester Ave.

• Wachovia Securities Inc., new lease at 2500 Westchester Ave.

• Henry Shaw, CPA, P.C., renewed lease at 106 Corporate Park Drive.

• Rose International Inc., information technology professional services and consulting firm, new lease at 106 Corporate Park Drive.

• The American Diabetes Association, new lease at 110 Corporate Drive.

• Zinman Accounting & Financial Consulting, new lease at 110 Corporate Park Drive.

• Leggette Brashears & Graham Inc., groundwater and environmental services consulting firm, renewed lease at 110 Corporate Park Drive.

At Tarrytown Corporate Center, RexCorp recently completed deals for 18,250 square feet of office space. Tenants are:

• The Gordon Group, renewed lease at 505 White Plains Road.

• Infodesk, an information and content-service distribution provider, renewed lease at 550 White Plains Road.

• Complus Data Innovations Inc., a parking ticket outsourcing services company, expanded offices at 560 White Plains Road.

• CRG Global, Inc., a consumer product testing company, new lease at 560 White Plains Road;

• Zurich American Insurance, new lease at 561 White Plains Road.

• Wildwood & Holt Inc., an independent employee benefits consulting firm, renewed lease and expanded offices at 660 White Plains Road.

RexCorp spent $7 million through last year and the first quarter this year to reposition its Platinum Mile properties, Joseph Caruso, RexCorp senior vice president, leasing, said in April. Caruso could not be reached for comment last week on the improvements project, which was scheduled to extend into 2008, and Platinum Mile occupancy rates.
