Prudential Centennial
Realty, Scarsdale, and Nestfinders
Real Estate, Mamaroneck, announced that
the two firms have merged under the Prudential
Centennial Realty banner. Maggie
VanderWoude, principal of Nestfinders,
becomes an associate broker at Prudential Centennial
with responsibility for the Mamaroneck-area business.
Karen Cox Mandy of Rye
joined the Rye office of Houlihan Lawrence
as a salesperson. Most recently, Mandy worked at
John T. Henningsen Real Estate. She holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree from New England College.
