Children’s Corner leases at 1133

Children’s Corner Learning Center, a child care provider with several locations in the tri-state area, leased 9,000 square-feet at 1133 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, a former IBM building recently renovated by Robert Weisz and the RPW Group.


The asking price was $32.50 per square foot. NAI Friedland Realty Inc Executive Directors Carl Silbergleit and Ellen Benedek represented Children’s Corner in the transaction.


The RPW Group’s improvements at 1133 Westchester Avenue included installing a new lobby, fitness center, cafeteria, executive dining room, conference center, sundry shop and concierge.
