When it comes to selling homes, Mike Luchen has the Midas touch.

As a agent with RE/MAX Power Realtors in Harrison, it seems to be almost impossible for Luchen to keep a property in his grasp for an extended period of time. From January to now, the real estate powerhouse has completed 12 transactions and currently is in contract to close on 27 properties any day now.

 

 

 

Looking to speed up the construction process on the stalled Millennium Tower development on Warburton Avenue, the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) has provided a New Jersey developer with the financial assistance necessary for his company -- REMI Development -- to pick up the project’s pieces.

 

 

 

With one high-rise nearly complete in New Rochelle and another set to break ground in White Plains, it’s safe to say AvalonBay Communities Inc. sees Westchester as a prime market.
