Real Estate Update
Matthew Bevilacqua
of Mahopac was promoted to manager of the Yorktown
office of Prudential Rand Realty.
Bevilacqua joined the company in 2006 as assistant
manager of the Yorktown office. Prior to that, he
was an associate broker in the Jefferson Valley
office of Houlihan Lawrence. From 1968 to 1998,
he was president of Matt Bevilacqua Realty, Mahopac.
He is also president of the Putnam County Association
of Realtors. Bevilacqua holds a bachelor's
degree from Hunter College.
Thomas G. Burns III of
Ossining joined the New Rochelle office of Houlihan
Lawrence as a salesperson. Burns formerly
worked in the Larchmont office of Weichert Realtors.
Iris Kalt of Mamaroneck,
associate broker in the Mamaroneck office of Prudential
Centennial Realty, was named by Prudential
as its top producer in 2006 in Westchester County,
based on sales volume as well as the number of listings.
